How do you help ASNOA affiliates?
Providing advice to our Agents on taking their Agency to the next level by motivating them to recruit new staff and producers, maintain focus on Commercial and Life production to reduce the amount of service work in their agency, and increase their revenue. Staying profit focused is key, along with making use of all the inclusive services available here at ASNOA.
What is your favorite part of working with ASNOA Affiliates?
Watching our Affiliates grow and flourish without any added pressure or threats like being from a Captive Company. It's immensely gratifying to make monthly calls to celebrate their outstanding revenue months or personal best. Letting them know that there is NO glass ceiling- you get paid for what you do. There are NO LIMITS with ASNOA.

How do you help ASNOA Affiliates?
I help guide the ASNOA team to act as extensions of each agency, allowing agents access to vital departmental needs focused on licensing, training, ongoing education, marketing, accounting support, plus much more.
What is your favorite part of working with ASNOA Affiliates?
I like to think we are not your mom and dad’s traditional IA network. I believe in the holistic approach to supporting the independent agent force through resources, support services, and technology advancement that allow agents to have the look and feel of a million-dollar revenue agency out of the gates.
Tell us your story:
I have been a lifer at ASNOA, starting as an intern out of college in the Accounting Department. Throughout my tenure, I have worked with and touched all facets of the business, with a concentration in systems and efficiencies. Almost 14 years later, I was promoted to COO and within the first year, we doubled our recruiting results over the previous year. I have my sights set on a five-year goal to triple the network size. I believe that success is bred from a healthy culture. This can be seen by any and all visitors that make their way through the ASNOA headquarters. I like to concentrate on helping employees, Affiliates, and their staff, develop both professionally and personally.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of the office?
I really enjoy spending time with my family. With two kids under two, I have harnessed my diaper changing skills from novice to a respectable advanced level in just a short 23 months. What is your favorite part of working with ASNOA Affiliates?
Hearing longtime insurance professionals express the notion of “having fun again” after they have joined ASNOA.
Tell us your story:
I started in the insurance industry right out of college over 20 years ago. My career has taken me from being part of a top 20 insurer in the United States as a corporate employee, training new agents and their staff on the proprietary computer systems they used to run their agencies to the IA channel where I have been for going on 15 years. In many roles over that time period, I have helped new agents navigate that transition from captive to independent agency owner. Whether as part of the captive space or as I moved over to the IA channel, a couple of tenants have remained the same; clients ultimately value the personal relationship above all else in choosing their trusted insurance advisors. Furthermore, It is those personal relationships that not only help to drive client behaviors but also serve me as I work to enhance our value proposition as one of the leading Independent Agency Organizations in the industry.

With the growing organization and hard-earned SBCS, PLCS and ITP designations, I was promoted to Director of Education where I develop new training classes, interactive online resources, live workshops for the sales conferences, and a full curriculum for PLCC. I also host the popular "Live with Laura," that goes over a new business tool or hot issue with agents every month in a live and highly interactive webinar. How do you help ASNOA Affiliates? I help ASNOA Affiliates by transferring and informing their clients the best way to contact them. I also help them by sending their policy alerts and mail to their agency.
What is your favorite part of working with ASNOA Affiliates? I enjoy helping agents add new hires to their agency and making that a smooth process. My favorite part is planning events so our team and affiliates get to interact with each other.
Tell us your story: I am married and have two boys. I have been working with Allegiance/ASNOA for 7 years and learned a lot about the insurance world. First joining Allegiance and learning about the agency side and coverages and finally understanding what all the coverages mean on my own policy and then joining ASNOA.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of the office? Spending time with my family and watching my oldest do his thing on the track and golf course and my youngest playing baseball. Our favorite thing is visiting a different baseball stadium each year.
