ASNOA has a new plan to help you recruit the top talent in your area. “Pocket Agents” are producers in your agency that are provided the opportunity to own their own book of business. You host them using appointments within your agency; from time of hire, through their agency launch with ASNOA. Your Pocket Agent will recieve the same back-room support your current agency enjoys and we’ll do the heavy lifting to ensure both you, and your Pocket Agent, are in position to take full advantage of the new opportunity.

Hire producers that have more ambition because they want to run their own agency (which typically yields better results).

02. MORE CARRIERS

Hold more carriers appointments due to increased production; meaning you may be more competitive.

• Earn 15% of base commissions

• All non-monthly bonuses and profit sharing stays with your agency

• Receive 20% of last 12 months revenue as buy-out

03. LESS WORK

We do the training (onboarding, systems & educational workshops), appointment processing, accounting, and 18 months of onboarding support. Agencies are expected to service their own book.

05. LESS EXPENSES

Pockets are expected to pay a monthly fee to your agency, reducing your overhead.
