• Earn 15% of base commissions
• All non-monthly bonuses and profit sharing stays with your agency
• Receive 20% of last 12 months revenue as buy-out

03. LESS WORK
We do the training (onboarding, systems & educational workshops), appointment processing, accounting, and 18 months of onboarding support. Agencies are expected to service their own book.

Pockets are expected to pay a monthly fee to your agency, reducing your overhead.
