A whole host of new features
Welcome to our first Major Update for Atlas in our Clarity feature release. Over the last year, we've been working hard on cooking up new features to both help you grow your business and better understand what you already have.
Outstanding Commissions
Overhauled, re-imagined,
easier than it's ever been
Removing the frustration
Outstanding Commissions is a frustrating process for us and for you — so we've made it simpler. Once you've entered the policy in Epic, simply toggle it to let our accounting team know. Submitting tickets and marking policies as incorrectly yours is also easier than ever.
Mark policies as entered, incorrectly identified, and submit tickets all within the new UI. No need to keep track of emails.
There's an awful lot of shared files, but now they're filtered down to your state, and your carrier appointments to make it as simple as we possibly can.
Once a policy has been reconciled from the accounting team, it will move off of your Direct list and move to the Reconciled tab, so that you can see that our team took action.
If your list has gotten pretty long, you can click on the column headers to sort, or search for things like clients and numbers. If you really need, you can export to .csv and work through it there.
Agency Page
Simplified Agency Management
No more bookmarking multiple pages, wondering who's setup with what, and wondering if license updates went through. Now, from our new Agency Management page, you can view all your licenses and staff in one place.
View all the staff at your agency, along with key details about them such as addresses, Epic access, job title, profit center, hire date and more. This helps make sure that you know what we have on file for your agency.
Update, terminate, and add staff members all from one page. No more bookmarking multiple pages and having multiple tabs open, simply update or terminate right from one place.
See what licenses we have on file for you, along with what states they're in, their effective and expiration dates, and other details that you've submitted. Don't get caught off-guard by an upcoming renewal ever again!
Instead of viewing this information on the right side of Atlas, this information is now all available on its own page. This gives you more space in the middle to interact with Atlas.

Keeping yourself and your staff on top of training and Education is simpler now than ever. Now, every single person at your agency can have full access to all of our educational and training content with no license costs or fees of any kind. Take or re-take any courses, or look things up in our new Epic Library.
All of our Epic Training is now inside of Atlas! You can learn general system administration, advanced servicing, commercial lines tips, and much more.
We've simplified the LMS process down to what you really need to get off the ground. No more navigating groups and paths and forums — simply open the course and get started.
In addition to changing systems, we've also updated our training with new modules, new videos, and new details about how to use Epic. Now is a great time to take a refresher course!

Easy to navigate Epic Documentation
Along with our entire Learning Management System, our documentatin library makes it easy for you to quickly look up things you may have forgotten. Navigate the sections and see how-to videos, or use the search feature to find what you need quickly.
Updated Menu Scheme
With more and more options, we've updated our menu scheme to break it out into core sections. We've also updated some of the UI to make it easier to navigate to different pages and know where you're at.
