For the Conference & Trade Show: JUN 24 - 26, 2020 in AZ

Sponsor Payment Deadline: May 1, 2020

Sponsor commitment AND payment are due by May 1, 2020. Sponsorships are all first come first serve. Meaning, the sooner you commit and pay, the sooner you can reserve sponsorship for an event of your choosing (reception or activity) or your preferred product (key cards, WiFi, room drops, scholarships, etc.).

Logo, Presenter Bio, Headshot + Presentation Description Due: May 15, 2020

Please submit your company's logo, as well as the speaker's or speakers' bio(s), headshot(s) and a 3-4 sentence presentation summary for the event program. The sooner ASNOA receives this information, the sooner we can promote the presentation and your brand. If no content is submitted, ASNOA reserves the right to publish our own version (summary of the presentation) to complete the program. Please submit all documentation to Daniel Molinero at dmolinero@asnoa.net or by using the forms below. 

Event Program Ad Due: May 22, 2020

For all Gold sponsors and higher, please provide your event program ad by May 22, 2020, to ensure your ad makes the print deadline. Any ads received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed to make the printed program.

Full page ad (Platinum & Diamond Sponsors ONLY): 5.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall with a .125 bleed (vertical orientation)
Half-page ad (Gold Sponsors ONLY): 5.5 inches wide by 4.25 inches tall with a .125 bleed

Cancellation Deadline: May 24, 2020

If a sponsor cancels his/her sponsorship on or before 30 days prior to the event date then an administrative fee of 50% of the total cost will be incurred by the sponsoring company.

If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event date there will be no refund and the Sponsoring Company is required to pay the sponsorship fee in full. Cancellations must be directed in writing to Madeline Smith at msmith@asona.net

Registrants can transfer tickets within their company at any time. Please email Madeline Smith at msmith@asnoa.net at least 24 hours in advance for registration transfers so that name badges can be reflected properly.

Trade Show / Booth Requests Due: June 5, 2020

Do you need electricity? Extra chairs? Do you want us to remove a table, or add an extra table to spice up your space? We are here to make sure you have the best trade show experience possible. Please put all requests into Madeline Smith at msmith@asnoa.net as soon as possible so we can accommodate accordingly. 

Presentation Slides Due: June 12, 2020

Please submit your presentation slides to Daniel Molinero (dmolinero@asnoa.net) ahead of time to ensure all media downloads and plays correctly BEFORE the event.
