Review the Important Deadlines Below. Don't forget to add them to your calendar!

Sponsor Payment Deadline: August 31, 2021

Sponsor commitment AND payment are due by August 31, 2020. Sponsorships are all first come first serve. Meaning, the sooner you commit and pay, the sooner you can reserve sponsorship for an event of your choosing (reception or activity) or your preferred product (key cards, WiFi, room drops, scholarships, etc.).

Event Program Details Due: September 1, 2021

Please submit your company's logo, as well as speaker bios, headshots, and a 3-4 sentence presentation summary. The sooner ASNOA receives this information, the sooner we can promote the presentation and your brand. If no content is submitted, ASNOA reserves the right to publish our own version (summary of the presentation) to complete the program. Please submit all documentation to Daniel Molinero at dmolinero@asnoa.com or by using the forms below. 

Event Program Ad Due: September 3, 2021

For all Gold sponsors and higher, please provide your event program ad by September 3, 2021, to ensure your ad makes the print deadline. Any ads received after this deadline cannot be guaranteed to make the printed program.

Full page ad (Diamond Sponsors ONLY): 5.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall with a .125 inch bleed (vertical orientation)
Half-page ad (Workshop & Platinum Sponsors ONLY): 4.25 inches wide by 5.5 inches tall with a .125 inch bleed (vertical orientation)
Quarter-page ad (Gold Sponsors ONLY): 2.125 inches wide by 2.25 inches tall with a .125 inch bleed (vertical orientation)

Cancellation Deadline: September 4, 2021

If a sponsor cancels his/her sponsorship on or before 30 days prior to the event date then an administrative fee of 50% of the total cost will be incurred by the sponsoring company.

If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event date there will be no refund and the Sponsoring Company is required to pay the sponsorship fee in full. Cancellations must be directed in writing to Meghan Lang at mlang@asona.com

Registrants can transfer tickets within their company at any time. Please email Madeline Smith at msmith@asnoa.com at least 48 hours in advance for registration transfers so that name badges can be reflected properly.

Trade Show / Booth Requests Due: September 17, 2021

Do you need electricity? Extra chairs? Do you want us to remove a table, or add an extra table to spice up your space? We are here to make sure you have the best trade show experience possible. Please send all requests to Madeline Smith at msmith@asnoa.com as soon as possible so we can accommodate them accordingly. 

Presentation Slides Due: September 30, 2021

Please submit your presentation slides to Daniel Molinero (dmolinero@asnoa.com) ahead of time to ensure all media downloads and plays correctly BEFORE the event.

          Please send us a description of your presentation / session to be published in the event program and online agenda. Descriptions should be between 3 - 4 sentences long.
