ASNOA Photo & Video Release Information

By sponsoring or registering for one of ASNOA's Annual Sales Conferences & Trade Shows or Principal Agency Partners meeting, sponsors and registrants grant permission to the Agent Support Network of America (“ASNOA”) and its contractors, agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken, for the purpose of publication, promotion, commercial, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium, including the Internet.

By clicking submit on the sponsor or registration form, each individual is providing the following consent, in perpetuity, which includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or record my voice;
  2. Permission to my name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs, video recordings or quotes of me; and
  3. Permission to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the film, photograph(s), tape(s) or reproduction(s) of , and/or recording of my voice, in part or in whole, in its print and electronic media, including the Internet and mailings for promotional and/or commercial purposes.

I acknowledge that I am over the age of 18.

I agree that all such photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, are and shall remain the property of ASNOA and/or the contracted photographer/videographer.

I hereby release ASNOA and its legal representatives for all demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities relating to said images or video in perpetuity and waive his or her right to any compensation and the right to approve the final product.
