
Job Description:
As the Finance Assistant you will be responsible for managing, tracking, and evaluating day-to-day activities within the department. Paying close attention to detail and maintaining specific financials for various reporting needs will be of the utmost importance in this role. As the Finance Assistant we also expect new processes to be developed over time through new ideas, technologies, and/or systems to optimize the productivity of the department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- QuickBooks - 2 Years’ Experience
- MS Excel – Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions
Responsibilities:
- Month and year-end closing processes
- General ledger maintenance
- Auditing
- Forecasting – work with data analyst
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and/or statements
- Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies, and principles
Expectations:
- Maintain accuracy of financials
- Provide technical support and advice
- Develop new accounting methods, policies, and principles
