Cancellation Policy for rooms booked through ASNOA: If you cancel your hotel reservation up to 30 days before your first night's stay, you will get reimbursed back in full (100% of) any payments made up to that point in your next ASNOA Deduction Statement. If you cancel your hotel reservation between 31 days and 7 days before your first night's stay, you will get reimbursed back in full (100% of) any payments made up to that point minus a $100 administrative fee in your next ASNOA Deduction Statement. If you cancel your hotel reservation after 7 days prior to your first night's stay, you will get reimbursed back in full (100%) of any payments made up to that point minus a $100 administrative fee and the cost of your first night's stay in the next ASNOA Deduction Statement.
